1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the xd777 platform at xd777.pro (hereinafter "xd777", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you (hereinafter "the User", "the Member", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the xd777 platform and close your account. Continued use of xd777 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and your preferred PKR payment method. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on xd777. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. xd777 employs technical and procedural controls to detect multiple accounts. Where duplicates are identified, xd777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings contained therein.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

xd777 is targeted at Pakistani players and is operated for the Pakistani market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of xd777 complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. xd777 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

xd777 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or documentation confirming the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or closure of the account.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your xd777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. xd777 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

3.3 Account Currency

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An xd777 account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be considered dormant. xd777 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, and to close dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

xd777 accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Crypto. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per method and are displayed within the xd777 cashier at the time of transaction. xd777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.

4.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your xd777 account within minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution. xd777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your xd777 account are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified with all required KYC documentation; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met in full; (c) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit on the platform where technically feasible.

In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your xd777 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly with each promotion. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are not withdrawable. xd777 reserves the right to specify which games and bet types contribute towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any form of bonus exploitation, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonuses, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies intended to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, constitutes bonus abuse. xd777 reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Super Wheel and Loyalty Program

The xd777 Super Wheel and Loyalty Program operate under their own dedicated terms, which are accessible via the relevant pages on the Platform. Loyalty points and tier status are non-transferable, have no cash value outside of the Loyalty Program redemption mechanism, and may be adjusted or reset by xd777 in the event of a breach of these Terms.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on xd777 — including cricket, PSL markets, football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are accepted subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all xd777 sports betting activity:

• Bets accepted by xd777 are final and binding once confirmed, except where xd777 exercises its right to void a bet in accordance with these Terms.
• xd777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was incorrectly priced due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a delay between the time the bet is submitted and the time of acceptance. xd777 will not be liable for any bets submitted but not confirmed prior to a relevant event outcome occurring.

7 Casino & Slot Games

• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or markets to gain an unfair collective advantage.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the xd777 platform, including but not limited to the xd777 brand name, logo, website design, software code, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of xd777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xd777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute any xd777 content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on xd777 content; (c) commercially exploit any xd777 content in any manner; or (d) use xd777 branding in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent from xd777.

10 Privacy & Data

xd777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the Platform and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on xd777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xd777 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. 11 Limitation of Liability

xd777's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xd777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xd777 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. xd777 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the xd777 operating entity. xd777 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions, and access to the Platform from jurisdictions where its content may be illegal is prohibited.

Any disputes not resolved through the complaints procedure outlined in Section 15 shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the courts specified by the xd777 operating entity, as communicated to the Member upon request.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through xd777's internal complaints process, xd777 will communicate the appropriate escalation route to the Member in writing.
